Tours are available on a first come, first served basis to 51³Ô¹Ï Professional, Associate, and Student members who are registered for the conference. Only conference attendees may participate in these tours. Please be sure to check flight and travel logistics before registering for a tour, and do not finalize arrangements until you successfully complete your registration and receive a confirmation email.

Carefully read the details of each tour, as departure and arrival days and locations vary widely.

Please note: All registrants must participate in the entire tour utilizing the transportation provided—there are no exceptions.

To register for a tour, you must read and agree that you will abide by the following policies:

Pre-Conference College Tours

Tour 2: May 18, 2026 (Monday morning) – Tour Full with Short Waitlist

  • Depart conference hotel: 6:30 a.m., arrive back: 12:00 p.m.
  • Registration fee: $70

  • If you prefer to book your travel out of BWI on Friday, May 22, you will be responsible for identifying and booking your own hotel accommodations for Thursday night.
  • Registrants must participate in the entire tour utilizing the transportation provided on Thursday.
  • You will be responsible for your hotel reservations on Wednesday night (as well as Thursday if needed, based on your travel departure). We anticipate the rate at the tour hotel to be $160 or less per night. Tour hotel information will be provided to confirmed tour participants in the coming weeks.

  • Book your travel out of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) no earlier than 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Should you wish to fly out of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) you will need to arrange your own transportation from George Washington University to DCA after the visit concludes at 2:45 p.m.
  • If you prefer to book your travel out of BWI or DCA on Friday, May 22, you will be responsible for identifying and booking your own hotel accommodations for Thursday night.
  • Registrants must participate in the entire tour utilizing the transportation provided on Thursday.
  • You will be responsible for your hotel reservations on Wednesday night (as well as Thursday if needed, based on your travel departure).
