51³Ô¹Ï Health Safety Policy for 2026 Events

51³Ô¹Ï is committed to the health, wellness, and safety of our event participants. As health concerns have heightened in recent years, we recognize that there are a broad range of perspectives and considerations, and we ask you to be a thoughtful and respectful colleague when participating in any 51³Ô¹Ï event.

With this in mind, the following policies will be in effect for all 51³Ô¹Ï 2026 events. 51³Ô¹Ï may change, update, or add to these requirements at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of participants and others. Should local/state/federal/international public health circumstances change prior to or during an event, we will amend this policy accordingly.

51³Ô¹Ï cannot be held liable for COVID cases or other illnesses arising because of event attendance, and 51³Ô¹Ï requires all event registrants to agree to the following:

  • 51³Ô¹Ï requires all participants to agree to be respectful of their colleagues by remaining vigilant and monitoring their health and interactions in the days before and during the event.
  • Anyone feeling ill or symptomatic is required to immediately remove themselves from the event.
  • We recommend masking for those who wish to protect themselves further, especially when indoors and in close proximity to others. All registrants should plan to bring protective masks, in case policies change during the event.
  • 51³Ô¹Ï and all event participants will abide by all health/safety requirements of local, state, federal, and international authorities, which can change at any time. We will comply with all rules set forth by the hotels, campuses, and venues we visit, which are also subject to change at any time.

Failure to comply with all safety protocols and requirements as listed above or related directions from 51³Ô¹Ï representatives onsite may result in the loss of the right to attend or participate in 51³Ô¹Ï events, including forfeiting any registration fees paid.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we navigate this dynamic environment. We look forward to connecting safely in person!
