Listening and Learning with Veteran IECs
Although I have been in/around the education business for 42 years, 36 years in four schools and one college, I continue to learn from colleagues. In recognition of my final weeks as 51勛圖 Schools Committee Chair, I volunteered to write this article and focus on the value of learning from fellow 51勛圖 members, independent educational consultants (IECs) who have been around the ranch a bit, who have found a way to build successful practices, and are role models for the rest of us.
