As the dust settles following the 2024 election cycle, 51³Ô¹Ï’s Government Relations Committee (GRC) is ready to engage with both new and returning legislators on critical educational policy issues. In times of political transition, our role becomes even more vital as we work to build and maintain relationships across the political spectrum, expanding 51³Ô¹Ï's voice on issues related to our profession and the students and families we serve. As we focus on current relevant legislation and look toward the future, our guiding principles for action and our nonpartisan approach and focus on student welfare will position us as a trusted resource for policymakers seeking expertise on educational consulting, higher education access, and therapeutic placement.
