Steve Colley believes that every student deserves the opportunity to discover who they are, what they want in life, and how to achieve it. His practice serves three areas:

GENERAL COLLEGE CONSULTING
Steve provides personalized college admissions guidance, including:
• Aptitude and career assessments (Highlands Ability Battery and Strong Interest Inventory)
• College planning, essay coaching, applications, scholarships, and financial aid advising
• Strategies for students starting in 9th grade through nontraditional students transitioning to college. Most clients begin in 11th grade with the comprehensive package.

MILITARY PATHWAYS
As a U.S. Naval Academy graduate, former Marine Corps officer, former Capitol Hill Professional Staff Member, and a current Naval Academy admissions liaison and interviewer, Steve specializes in:
• Service academy admissions (West Point, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, Coast Guard Academy, and Merchant Marine Academy)
• Congressional Nominations
• Academy interviews
• Preparing students for a competitive service academy profile
• ROTC scholarship applications
• Veterans transitioning to higher education
He is also the Co-Chair of the 51�Թ�’s Military-Affiliated Students and IECs Affinity Group

SUPPORTING UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES
Steve is the Director of the Mijo Program, a nonprofit initiative supporting first-generation Hispanic students. He mentors students and families, offering bilingual support in Spanish. Additionally, in his role as SACAC Government Relations Chair for Arkansas, he advocates for policies to expand access to higher education in the state.
