Originally from Kansas City but based in Monterrey, Mexico since 2002, Sarah Loring de Garcia (B.S.Ed., M.S.Ed., CEP) completed the UCLA College Counseling Certificate program in 2007. She gained 20 years of experience as a high school teacher and school-based college counselor before starting her own business as the only 51³Ô¹Ï professional member in all of Mexico in June 2017. She has presented and served on expert panels at numerous international admission conferences, served on the 51³Ô¹Ï Global Committee (2017-2023, Chair 2020-21), and was a member of the International ACAC Admission Practices Committee (2018-2021). Sarah also earned her Certified Educational Planner (CEP) credential in November 2019, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the AICEP Commission.
Sarah virtually supports aspiring first year, transfer, and graduate students, as they apply to universities in the US, Canada, and many English-taught programs around the globe.
