I provide individualized student-centered support to high school and homeschooled students and their parents in all aspects of the college search and application process. Through assessment, research, and counseling, I help students recognize their unique set of strengths and talents; introduce them to colleges and degree programs likely to provide an ideal environment for their academic success and personal growth; and coach them in strengthening their position as an applicant to their best-fit institutions.

Prior to beginning my practice as an IEC, I was the Associate Director of CollegeNow, SUNY’s largest concurrent enrollment program, where I oversaw academic advisement for a large network of high schools and coordinated the Early College and Early Degree programs. While working in concurrent enrollment, I was also fortunate to provide direct academic counseling to all on-campus homeschooled students, a population whose unique needs I enjoy supporting. I also bring several years’ experience in college English instruction to the essay-writing process.
