Kathy Hart is an educational consultant with more than a decade of experience helping students and families navigate both college and boarding school admissions. Since 2013, she has been part of the educational team at Score At The Top Learning Centers and Schools, where she began as a high school English teacher and test prep instructor before expanding into college counseling through JRA Educational Consulting.

A former high school English teacher, Kathy specializes in guiding students through the more personal aspects of the application process, including developing compelling essay topics, refining student writing, and helping students present themselves authentically and confidently. She also advises families on academic planning, extracurricular involvement, college and boarding school selection, campus visits, and interviews. Kathy works with students applying to a wide range of programs and institutions and stays current on admissions trends through ongoing professional development, conferences, and campus visits. In addition, she regularly leads webinars and facilitates both small- and large-group college application workshops.
