Joyce Draper, owner and founder of Draper College Consulting, based in the Washington, DC metro area, has more than ten years of experience as a college counselor. She has a Master’s Degree in school counseling and has earned a certificate in college counseling from UCLA. Joyce is a member of the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), the Independent Educational Consultants Association (51³Ô¹Ï), and the Potomac and Chesapeake Association for College Admissions Counseling (PCACAC). Joyce works with a range of clients, from students with learning differences to students heading to highly selective colleges and universities. Our goal is to help students and parents find colleges that provide academic, social, and financial fit in which the student can grow and flourish.
