Since founding Academic Access in 2003, I’ve been on a mission to empower students to craft compelling stories and achieve their college dreams. Every student’s journey is unique, and I’m passionate about helping them navigate the admissions process with confidence and clarity. Equipped with a Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College, a College Counseling certificate from UCLA, and the prestigious Certified Educational Planner (CEP) designation, I bring a blend of experience and innovation to every step of the process.

My team and I specialize in guiding students to discover their identity and express it powerfully through their essays. We dive deep into the distinct resources and cultures of American colleges—large and small, public and private—spending weeks each year visiting campuses and meeting with admissions officers, faculty, and students to keep our guidance fresh and informed.

As a former Vice President of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (51³Ô¹Ï), I’ve played a key role in setting industry standards and best practices. I’ve mentored countless aspiring consultants through 51³Ô¹Ï’s Summer Training Institute and UC Irvine’s Certificate program, and I stay active with NACAC and PACAC to maintain valuable connections with high school counselors and college admissions offices.
