Claudine Vainrub is the Founder and Principal Consultant of EduPlan, where she provides comprehensive, highly individualized college and graduate school admissions counseling. With over 22 years of experience in educational consulting, Claudine works closely with students and families to guide them through the admissions process with clarity, strategy, and a strong emphasis on academic and personal fit.

Claudine advises students applying to a wide range of colleges and universities in the United States and abroad, with particular expertise in highly selective admissions, merit-based scholarship strategy, international student applications to U.S. institutions, transfer admissions, MBA and other graduate school admissions. Her work is grounded in long-term planning, thoughtful positioning, and helping students articulate their experiences with depth and authenticity.

EduPlan students work directly with Claudine throughout the counseling process. Her approach emphasizes careful academic planning, strategic course and activity selection, and clear, compelling storytelling—ensuring students are not only admitted to competitive programs, but to institutions where they can thrive academically and personally. Each year, more than 95% of EduPlan students earn unsolicited merit scholarships, including awards covering up to 100% of tuition.

Claudine has worked with students from across the United States and more than 20 countries worldwide, including Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, France, Switzerland, Panama, Colombia, Chile, Israel, the Dominican Republic, Russia, Ecuador, Peru, the United Kingdom, and Canada. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Claudine earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and completed the UCLA College Admissions Counseling Certificate with high distinction.
