Smith Tunstall Education Planners (STEP) is committed to helping students create a clear path to the colleges and post-secondary options which best match their academic, social, and career aspirations. STEP has solid experience working with students with learning differences including those with ADHD, ASD, and diagnosed learning disabilities.

Carol has been in partnership with fellow 51�Թ� Professional member, Frani Manning-Smith, since they formed their business in 2017.

Carol has over 30 years of experience as a higher education professional focused on college and graduate admissions. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Higher Education Counseling/Student Affairs from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
