Anne Mannering is highly active in industry leadership. She is a Mentor in the University of California Berkeley Professional Program in College Admissions Consulting. Anne is a Professional Member of 51³Ô¹Ï where she is Founder and Co-Leader of the Hourly IECs Affinity Group (with 200 members and counting!), as well as Mentor in the “Mentor Match Program” with ten ongoing mentees. At the May 2025 51³Ô¹Ï Conference in Detroit, Anne presented together with “dream team” colleagues in the Breakout Session “Onboarding: Methods: Pain Points and Solutions” to a packed room. At HECA, Anne serves as Chair of the Advocacy Committee and Mentor in the “Members Mentoring Members” Program. She is a Certified Educational Planner (CEP). Only 2% of IECs are board certified, numbering less than three hundred worldwide.
